Hi,
me again, Feral. I just wanted to tell you about my favorite trips, the
Safari’s. They’re just brilliant! You get to choose between Seven Days,
Four Days or Two Days. Whichever you choose there’s plenty of time to
relax, explore and play. Graham is never in a rush, he doesn’t even have
one of those wrist watch thingys that our human friends always seem to be
looking at.
The best bit is I don’t have to walk around looking for food, it’s great,
we get bales of hay and you humans get, well – wow! Fresh lunches and
three course evening
meals, who
has ever heard of such luxury? And fantastic Australian wines or
refreshing cold beer, I try to sneak a beer every now & again, but Graham
always catches me.
If you are keen on the Seven Day Safari get this, it’s in the Flinders
Ranges National Park! We have got special permission to go there and take
you too. The only way you can see the land that we take you to is with us
– and we’re the best company!
Then at night Graham lights a fire and, well, you could sit by the fire
and laugh at the stories that come out or, better still, I’m never one to
say no to a
cuddle.
Then we all climb into our swags, I reckon swags must have been invented
by a camel, nothing else could have invented something so comfy. What are
they? A thick bedroll underneath and your sleeping bag on top, all wrapped
up in
canvas to make it a swag – and if you think the things you see
during the day are amazing you wait ‘til you see the Milky Way light up
the night sky.
Don’t be confused by Jannene’s “ex-Adelaide” and “ex-Quorn” packages? I
don’t know why she has to make everything so complicated? If you can drive
yourself to Quorn, you leave from Pichi Richi Camel Farm. If you can’t get
to Quorn yourself I can get a mate to pick you up from Adelaide. If you
are coming with me on a Seven Day adventure you can catch a lift with a
mate of mine from Adelaide or meet me at Wilpena Pound. So click on the
buttons below to find out more.
