- Riders are requested to take heed of warnings, to follow all instructions and to refrain from engaging in conduct which might endanger themselves, other riders, guests or our staff.
- Pichi Richi Camel Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss of property, injury or consequential loss suffered by riders or guests as a consequence of any act or omission or event occurring on our property or on any property we are licensed to enter howsoever arising.

- Refunds will not be given for any part of a package or tour after the passenger has commenced the tour.
