Your credit card details are held as confirmation of your booking. Full payment will be processed on the day of your tour departure. Please let us know if you prefer an alternative method of payment.

Please note that prices as advertised are valid until 31st March 2011.

Pichi Richi Camel Tours will confirm your booking by email within 24 hours of submission.

If your requested departure date is unavailable we will contact you by telephone or email to discuss your preferred alternatives.

To make the booking process as simple as possible for you individual booking pages are available for Safaris, Tours and Rides, as well as Agents. Just click on one of the buttons to open up the specific booking form page.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However from the time that you make your booking your seats are held for you. This means that, should someone else want to go on the tour you are on, we may not be able to take that person or people on the tour.

We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your tour, you may be charged a cancellation fee. This is, amongst other reasons, why we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Cancellations received from booking until up to 14 days prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of full tour cost.
  • Cancellations received between 8 & 13 days prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of full tour cost.
  • Cancellations received between 3 & 7 days prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of full tour cost.
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to tour departure will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee.

Please also note that failure to arrive will incur a full cost of tour fee and refunds will not be given for any part of a package or tour after the passenger has commenced the tour.
